We’re creating a space where business owners and entrepreneurs can connect honestly, think clearly, and take meaningful action together.
A big part of how we do that is through Action Set Learning.
So, what is it?
Action Set Learning is a structured group conversation designed to help you make progress on real business challenges.
Each session brings small groups together to:
- Talk through live business issues
- Ask focused, open questions
- Share ideas and experiences (only if useful)
- Agree next steps
There’s no coaching, no judgment, and no pressure to contribute if you don’t want to. It’s not about fixing people or giving advice. It’s about thinking better, with the help of people who understand what it’s like to run a business.
What it looks like in practice
Let’s say you’re trying to decide whether to grow your team, raise your prices, or shift your service offering. You bring that challenge to the group or simply listen in. Both are welcome.
The session follows a simple structure:
- The sharer briefly outlines a real business challenge they’re facing (only if they want to).
- The group listens without interrupting, then asks open, curious questions, not to give advice, but to help the sharer think in new ways.
- Once the questions are explored, the group may offer insights, short reflections, relevant experience, or observations (only if the sharer finds that helpful).
- The sharer then decides on their next steps, using the conversation to move forward with more clarity and confidence.
- During the sessions there will also be an opportunity to pair up and go for a walk around the club grounds to process and reflect.

- You’re never expected to share if you don’t want to.
- You’re free to observe, join the conversation, or simply take it all in.
- You can offer insight or choose not to, there’s no pressure either way.
This isn’t about performance. It’s not about impressing anyone or having the right answers.
It’s a space where you can think out loud, reflect on what’s working or not, and leave with something practical to take away, whether you speak or simply listen.
Above all, it’s a safe, respectful space. No judgment. Just thoughtful, grounded support from people who get it.
Why we’re using it
We’ve all been to events where you hear a great speaker, have a couple of interesting chats, and leave wondering what to do next.
This is different.
Action Set Learning is what turns ideas into action. It’s what builds trust over time. And it’s what makes the Inspire Business Circle more than a monthly meeting, it’s the foundation of a community.
A space that works for real people
You don’t have to be an extrovert, an expert, or someone who’s “got it all figured out.” You just need to be open to showing up, asking questions, and learning alongside others.
Remember our challenges in business / life may be similar, however the way in which we navigate them can be dramatically different, small changes can land big impact
