Hero triathlete going global

In a previous post we told the story of the amazing Sean Conway, an ultra-endurance athlete who recently completed 105 iron-distance triathlons in 105 consecutive days – smashing the world record.

After completing a daily 2.4 mile swim in Mold Leisure Centre, Sean would cycle 112 miles and then tackle a 26 mile run taking in the roads and paths of North Wales and Cheshire. He did it to raise money for The True Venture Foundation.

His extraordinary feat has caught the attention of people around the world, including Top 10 podcaster Rich Roll who has just chatted to him about his ‘terrier mindset’, the ‘ten pillars of endurance’ and why Sean never has a back-up plan.

It’s a great listen and you can find it here: https://www.richroll.com/podcast/sean-conway-796/
