Adrian

Adrian is a wellbeing trainer and coach with over 8 years’ experience working in the corporate sector, using his skills and experience to engage groups and explore behavioural change. As a trainer, Adrian from Little Blackbird consistently demonstrates a personable approach to effectively communicate with delegates at all levels, encouraging and challenging them to explore self-awareness and enhance their learning.

Gareth

Gareth is the founder of Aptitude Health and Fitness. Having worked in the fitness industry for all of his career from cleaner to management and everything in-between Gareth is driven to help as many people as possible in the local area achieve their fitness goals and develop the best fitness facility in the North West.

Annabel

Annabel Turpin is CEO of Chester’s Storyhouse, one of the country’s largest arts centres, incorporating theatres, a cinema and the city’s library, and welcoming more than 800,000 visitors a year. She is also Co-Director of the 160-strong Future Arts Centres national network, championing the role of arts centres in driving social, economic and cultural change. In December 2023 she was appointed North Area Council Chair and National Council member of Arts Council England.
